The only way to know if my skill set can benefit you is for us to have a 30 minute, no obligation phone call. It may be that what you need is something that I can help you with and it may be something that is outside of my skill set. We will figure that out together. But, just so that you are fully informed, here are my published rates:
One hour of Consultation or Training is $100.00. If you are in Danville, Diablo, San Ramon or Alamo, there is no travel charge.
If you are any where else in Central Contra Costa County, there is a 2 hour minimum. If I have to cross a bridge to get to you, then there is a 3 hour minimum.
Now, if you want to hire me for a day, the fee is $1,000.00.
You can “gang up” on me by sharing the time amongst several agents if you wish.
If you are a Broker, I’d be happy to talk with you about an ongoing presence in your office. This has proven to be very popular with several large Brokers in the San Francisco Bay Area. I currently only have three days a week that could be dedicated to this. If this sounds like something you want to discuss, by all means, use that Contact form!
Finally, there is also an option to contract with me on a monthly basis. If you choose this option, you can get up to 8 hours a month of phone/text/email Consultation/Training. Each occurrence will be clocked in 15 minute intervals. This would be ideal for the agent or team who needs some long term help. The fee for this is $4,500 per month. This is a limited offer as I can only appropriately handle 4 such engagements. As of December 2024, all slots are full. Please contact me if you would like to be placed on a waiting list.

Creating a page is a fairly easy and quick process.
